1964 Ford Galaxie

The 1964 Galaxie came to us in a different way than most projects, we got to know this car piece by piece.  We first took in the doors, then the trunk lid, and then the hood. We started all of the metal fab and body work and took it to the primer stage. This gave our customer time to finish taking apart the Galaxie to fit his budget and schedule. Once we and the customer were ready, we got to meet the body of this ’64 Galaxie.  We stripped all of the layers of paint from its previous restorations and began metal fab. Motocar Revival Company installed front floor pans, fabricated and replaced the rear window channel, repaired decades of dents and dings, fit all of the loose parts to the car, finished the body work, and painted the car to the customers specs.  After wet sanding and buffing, the vehicle was ready to head back home to its owner to be assembled.
